Experience
Sarah has over 10 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Sarah utilizes hands-on techniques to assess and correct dysfunction, followed by muscle retraining to restore normal movement patterns. She incorporates manual therapy techniques with teaching strength, mobility, and motor control exercises for long lasting results.
Sarah believes that an active lifestyle plays an important role in quality of life across the lifespan and has expertise in performing movement assessments and gait analysis to help patients return to an active lifestyle. She strives to empower her patients through education and self-awareness to achieve their goals.
Sarah enjoys treating a wide range of disorders and has a special interest in women’s health physical therapy, including pregnancy and postpartum, diastasis recti, and hip and sacroiliac dysfunction.
